Who -> Biography: Jamie Seabrook (6th Degree Black Belt)
Jamie Seabrook began his training in Kenpo in 1985, and is one of the two highest ranked American Kenpo Karate instructors in Canada. Jamie Seabrook also holds black belts in Modern Arnis, Black Dragon Kung Fu, and Shorinji-Ryu Karate. He is a member of the Larry Tatum Kenpo Karate Association and a former member of the Worldwide Kenpo Karate Association Demonstration Team (1996-1997) headed by Joe Palanzo and Steve Arsenault. In 2003, Jamie Seabrook published a book titled ‘Martial Arts Revealed: Benefits, Problems, and Solutions.’ He now has a second book, titled, 'American Kenpo Mastery: A Guide for Students and Instructors.' This book is available in e-format. Jamie Seabrook has won championships in black belt forms, weapons, sparring, and self-defense at the regional, national, and international levels. He has been featured in Martial Arts Competitor Magazine (2004) and was interviewed by Sport Karate Canada, television, and the radio for his accomplishments.
